• Provide support in developing workshop materials and slide decks.
• Collaborate in the design of engagement activities including workshops, focus groups and interviews for workplace transformation programmes.
• Co-facilitate workshops alongside leadership.
• Assist with stakeholder interviews on topics such as workplace requirements and change readiness and work closely with consultants to develop materials and deliverables.
• Conduct analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, including interview notes, headcount figures, occupancy metrics, survey responses, and workshop themes.

• Interest in data and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Experience with preparing space budgets and recommendations for future workplace utilisation.
• Strong interest in workplace consultancy and a willingness to expand your workplace consultancy experience.
