As a Reward Consultant you'll play a key role in shaping our total reward offering for the UK & Ireland. You'll manage cyclical reward processes including salary reviews, bonus schemes and long‑term incentives while keeping us aligned with industry trends and legislation and getting to work on our wider reward proposition.

• Leading on compensation processes and ensuring sound pay principles are developed and applied consistently.
• Managing bonus schemes that incentivise and reward high performance effectively.
• Designing and implementing benefits, wellbeing and recognition initiatives to enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
• Providing insights and recommendations on pay trends, benefits uptake and pay gap reporting.
• Supporting the Reward Lead and collaborating across the People Team to deliver a best‑in‑class reward strategy.

• Experience in reward within a large complex organisation particularly across compensation frameworks ideally in the retail/hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
• Knowledge of employee benefits, pensions and recognition schemes.
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to influence and problem‑solve effectively.
