RoleSummary
The Account Manager will be a core part of the delivery team, responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for clients across tech, product and professional markets. They will build strong relationships with hiring managers, source and engage high‑quality candidates, and ensure smooth progression through the recruitment lifecycle. This role suits a self‑motivated recruiter with 1–4 years’ experience who is ambitious, coachable and excited by fast‑paced growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full recruitment cycles from brief to offer and placement.
- Partner with clients to define role requirements, interview plans and competitive compensation ranges.
- Build targeted candidate pipelines using market research, outreach and proactive sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview preparation and offer negotiation.
- Maintain high‑touch communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Deliver against agreed metrics (shortlists, interview progression, placements) with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to share market insights, feedback and strategy.
- Delivery of quality shortlists in tight timelines, aligned with client needs.
- Strong candidate experience and high conversion rates through interview and offer stages.
- Ownership of assigned roles and consistent progress on multiple simultaneous searches.
- A professional, proactive and consultative approach that builds trust internally and externally.
- Experience: 1–4 years in recruitment delivery (tech recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship management.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
