White Collar Factory (95009), United Kingdom, London, London Senior HR Business Partner Capital One is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our fast paced and collaborative HR function. As the Senior HRBP, you will translate business needs and objectives into wider people initiatives and talent strategies.
You’ll influence the business through navigation in an ever changing environment and understanding the wider enterprise context. Reporting into the Head of HR - People Strategy and Partnering, you will be a strategic advisor to the business, inclusive of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives and Learning, Talent and Development planning
**** Roles and Responsibilities
***** Serve as a strategic consultant, providing workforce planning and delivering an HR strategy aligned with business imperatives.
* Build effective, collaborative partnerships with the business, serving as a coach, challenger, and "uncomfortable companion."
* Champion organisational development, actively driving change initiatives to enable business growth and success.
* Cultivate a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion within teams, encouraging high performance and collaboration among all associates.
* Drive effective planning and execution of HR initiatives including performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, and organisational design.
* Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team, participating in shared problem-solving, connecting insights, and contributing to the engagement of the broader HR function.
* Lead and contribute to cross-functional, enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives, ensuring global consistency where appropriate and accelerating best-in-class people practices.
**** What we’re looking for
***** Significant experience of People Partnering with senior stakeholders within a complex, matrix environment.
* Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively, facilitating the successful leadership of complex change management initiatives.
* Establishes strong relationships to effectively navigate and solve problems within a highly complex environment.
* Experience in designing and delivering on key strategic projects in support of the overall organisational goals (ex. Succession planning, Organisation design, Compensation)
* Ability to manipulate data, show insight, provide recommendations and progress change
* Confidence navigating in a complex matrix organisation, and able to partner and consult with a diverse mix of clients across the enterprise
* Ability to provide counsel and execute hands-on tasks while effectively leading others through uncertain, and demanding situations, demonstrating a high degree of resilience.
* Demonstrates the energy and enthusiasm needed to champion new ways of working and thinking.
**** Where and how you'll work
**** This is a permanent position based in our London or Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our London or Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we're open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.
**** Some travel between the Nottingham and London offices is required.
