Position: Resourcer/ Recruitment Administrator
Location: Greater London

Overview

What a fabulous opportunity for a candidate/client facing individual to join a majorly successful and passionate team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer for a fantastic opportunity to join a growing women led team in central London. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

You will build strong, professional relationships with consultants, candidates and clients and generate recruitment opportunities from candidates to bring in further business for the Team. You will be responsible for generating leads, adding data to a bespoke CRM system, taking calls from clients and candidates, onboarding, and compliance, writing adverts, creating candidate profiles and much more. You will work towards being able to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening candidates, and managing the process through to post offer, including various data administration using our CRM system.

Responsibilities
  • Understand how to use social media channels and job boards to source candidates.
  • Have experience in Microsoft Packages;
    Excel, Teams, Outlook, Canva, Zoom.
  • Have a winning mentality, enthusiastic approach, and desire to succeed.
  • Have strong literacy skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task as well as administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ideally you will have previous resourcing/recruitment administration experience.

Key responsibilities can change each day and you need to be willing and positive about getting involved in client research and lead generation. Salary will be dependent on experience; a hybrid working model is offered and competitive benefits package.
