We are seeking an exceptional HR leader to shape the future of our employee experience and HR technology landscape. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, overseeing both our HR Shared Services function and our partnership with the ITG – HRIS team.

As Director of HR Services & Technology, you will lead and develop our HR Shared Services team to deliver a seamless, high‑quality employee lifecycle service. This includes ensuring robust compliance, effective administration, and confident first‑line HR advice for managers and colleagues across the organisation.

You will also work closely with the ITG – HRIS team to define and drive an ambitious HR technology strategy. Your focus will be on optimising systems, strengthening our service delivery model, and championing digital innovation to enhance automation and create a modern, efficient, and user‑centred HR experience.

This dual‑focused leadership role ensures the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations while elevating the employee experience for our ITG and Expanse teams. You will build a high‑performing workforce through expert HR guidance, service excellence, and strategic transformation.

* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Partner with the HR Senior Leadership Team and ITG HRIS team to develop and execute the UK division HR technology and services strategy aligned with the UK HR division goals and US HR agenda. Drive innovation in HR technology and service delivery to improve the employee experience, processes and drive efficiencies in the HR service.
* Work with the HRIS team to ensure the HR systems are leveraged to optimise the HR service delivery model and work to streamline processes that improve the employee and HR experience, including automation and AI were possible.
* Lead the HR Shared Services team responsible for employee lifecycle transactions, first line advice and HR compliance, including visa and sponsorship management. Develop the service delivery model to improve efficiency and employee experience and build the capability of the HR Shared Services provision using technology, process mapping and AI to continually drive efficiencies and automation across HR.
* Partner with HR leaders, US HR team, HRIS, ITG and business units to deliver technology-enabled solutions. Act as a trusted advisor on HR systems and service delivery best practices.
* Provide HR leadership and act as a trusted advisor to the ITG & Expanse leadership team to build an engaged and high performing team, leading the full HR agenda (recruitment, talent, employee relations, reward, performance, learning & development
** Skills and experience
*** Strong experience within a senior HR position at executive level
* Experience of managing and leading a team
* Knowledge around workforce planning and recruitment strategies
* Experience of HR systems implementation and optimisation
* Ability to think laterally and develop creative and innovative solutions
* CIPD qualified at level 7
