We are now looking for a dynamic, strategic, and human centred HR Business Partner to join our London hub and support several key global divisions (Technical Operations, R&D, Global Medical, Corporate Functions).

- Optimize processes, systems, and ways of working to support excellence across HR
We’re looking for someone who embodies strategic thinking, social agility, and execution excellence. You will bring:
- Experience operating within a global, matrixed organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence navigating complexity, ambiguity, and organisational change
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Analytical capability and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
- A mindset rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and purposeful impact
- CIPD qualifications (or equivalent) are beneficial but not essential.
