Job OverviewWe are looking for an HR People & Employee Relations Partner to join our global HR team. In this role, you will act as the key HR representative for all countries outside continental Europe, including the UK, US, Mexico, Australia, Singapore, Dubai, Jordan, and more. This is a pivotal position ensuring consistent, compliant, and culturally relevant employee experience across diverse regions.
You will be the go‑to expert for local HR matters, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and senior leaders to support both individual and collective topics.
The role reports directly to the Director, Group HR Business Partnership & Talent Acquisition.

Who You Are:You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and multi‑country HR environments. You are culturally aware, solution‑oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity while building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What You’ll Do:Employee Relations & People Support
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations cases and escalations
- Lead discussions related to collective relations and union matters within your region
- Manage sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism
- Support local organizational changes and restructuring initiatives
- Maintain strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR regulations
- Adapt global HR policies to meet local legal requirements and cultural nuances
- Act as the primary HR contact for local authorities and regulatory bodies
- Drive consistency and harmonization of HR practices across global regions
- Provide insights through regional HR reporting and analytics
- Partner with Talent & Culture teams to deploy global initiatives locally
- Serve as the escalation point for HR Business Partners on complex people matters
- Advise senior leadership on HR strategy, risk management, and compliance
- Lead HR crisis management and support business continuity planning
- Solid experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance across multiple countries
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complexity and influence in a matrixed, international environment
- Collaborative mindset and strong cultural sensitivity
- Fluent English required;
Spanish is a plus
