Position: Recruitment Assistant - Fixed Term Contract
Location: Greater London

Showforce are looking for a recruitment assistant to join the team in London to provide administrative support for all areas of the recruitment process as well any other ad hoc resourcing or recruitment administration queries on a day-to-day basis.

THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT UP UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2026

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and recruitment websites.
  • Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates that match job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ suitability to the role.
  • Schedule and book interviews using the applicant tracking system.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and CRM to ensure all candidate details and documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the onboarding during interviews for successful candidates making sure all documents are collected, and they have a valid UK right to work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and hit targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM is preferred.
  • Ability to commute to our Stratford based office 5 days a week.
  • Salary - £23,000 - £26,000.
  • A part time opportunity can be discussed.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience with recruitment administration and/or resourcing processes (preferred).
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (as part of onboarding).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
