In this role, you’ll report directly to the HR Director based in Israel, gaining visibility into global HR strategy while playing a hands-on role in local execution.
This role is a perfect "career-scaler" for someone who enjoys being the primary point of contact for employees and managers while learning how international HR strategy is executed on the ground.
- Primary Expert: Act as the go-to resource on all day-to-day HR matters, including onboarding and offboarding.
- HR Operations
:
Lead the day-to-day HR operations across Europe, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, probation, performance reviews, and development initiatives. - Office Champion: As we operate with a lean team, you will take a hands-on approach to our workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment and managing local office operations with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset.
- Legal Compliance: Maintain and update policies to ensure they remain legally sound and compliant with regional labor laws.
- Systems Management: Take ownership of HR data and regional systems, ensuring accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Rewards & Benefits: Support the delivery of local perks and compensation processes in collaboration with global teams.
- Experienced Practitioner: You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally within a tech-forward environment.
- Labor Law: You possess a strong working knowledge of UK labor laws.
- International Awareness: Familiarity with European labor markets (such as Spain or Germany) is a significant advantage.
- Adaptable & Practical: You are happy to balance high-level people support with the essential administrative, and office tasks that keep a team thriving.
