Location: Greater London
A well-established pub company based in London seeks an HR Advisor for a 1-year fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will manage HR/ER matters, providing support and advice in line with UK legislation. Responsibilities include coaching managers, attending hearings, and promoting good employee relations. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within hospitality, are required.
