HR Administrator

Overview

We are looking for an HR Administrator who will be the first point contact for our team members for all HR issues. A successful candidate will need to have strong administration skills with a high level of confidentiality.

• Managing recruitment; arranging interviews, sending job offers, new starter packs and contracts of employment.
• Overseeing employees Right to Work, DBS and references checks.
• Ensuring employee records are up to date in accordance with procedures.
• Be a point of contact for employees and managers with HR related issues.
• Overseeing employees’ absences and other leave.
• Liaising with payroll providing monthly updates.
• Liaising with Peninsula to ensure the HR process has been done properly.
• Organising investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring best practice is followed.
• Minute taking in meetings.

Please note that you will need to be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in the UK at interview.

• Languages: English – Advanced
• Employment: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 yearly
• Starting time: Immediate start!
