Overview

We are looking for a diligent and proactive HR Assistant to join our People Team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to build a career in Human Resources. You will provide essential administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive experience for our employees. This role is fully on-site and offers hands-on exposure to all HR functions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation with high accuracy.
  • Be the first point of contact for general employee HR enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring 100% data integrity.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing assessment materials.
  • Assist with payroll administration by compiling and processing changes, leavers, and absences.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance by assisting with right-to-work checks and filing.
  • Qualifications
  • Some office administration or customer service experience; an internship in HR is a strong advantage.
  • A keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and superb organisational skills.
  • Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with an HRIS is a plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn quickly.
