We are excited to be working with an established business who are looking for a commercially focused HR Business Partner who has experience within organisational change and development. Do you have a passion for driving culture change, enhancing leadership capability, and embedding impactful frameworks?
You will play a pivotal role in leading organisation-wide people transformation, culture, and capability programmes that align with the business’s strategic objectives and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will act as the organisation’s senior expert in organisational development (OD) and change, designing and embedding major people and culture programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead organisational development initiatives to strengthen team performance, behaviours, and leadership effectiveness.
* Drive culture and behaviour change programmes, including values and behavioural expectations.
* Oversee people transformation roadmaps, including job evaluation, organisational design, and workforce capability planning.
* Develop and implement change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
* Support leadership development, capability mapping, and performance improvement aligned with the Framework.
* Provide expert advice to senior leaders on culture, change, and organisational development.
* Analyse people experience and engagement data to deliver evidence-based improvements.
Key
Skills:
* Significant experience in senior organisational development or people transformation roles.
* Expertise in change management, behavioural change, and leadership development.
* Proven ability to design and embed frameworks such as culture change, competency models, and organisational design.
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills to influence and challenge constructively.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in diagnostics, workforce planning, and organisational assessments.
* A commitment to inclusion, psychological safety, and modelling organisational values.

* Salary of c £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE)
