We work exclusively on retained mandates across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets, and related strategies, supporting clients with senior hiring, market intelligence, and talent advisory.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruiter (typically 6 months to 5 years’ experience) to join the firm as a research consultant. This role is designed for someone who wants to deepen their exposure to executive search, develop genuine market expertise, and work closely with senior clients and candidates across global private markets.

We invest heavily in development. Training is delivered on the job, with consistent coaching, structured feedback, and direct exposure to experienced search professionals. We view success as a shared outcome and expect the role to evolve meaningfully as capability and confidence grow.
