We’re a fast-growing technology recruitment agency in London and we’re hiring a Delivery Consultant to join a high-performing, warm desk working with top-tier clients across the tech market.

This is a pure delivery / candidate-focused role — perfect if you love sourcing, closing, and running processes, without the pressure of BD.

• Delivering candidates across active, warm roles in the technology market
• Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates (Linked In, referrals, network, etc.)
• Managing candidates through the full recruitment process
• Taking detailed briefs from consultants / managers
• Interview prep, offer management, and closing placements
• Building long-term candidate relationships and talent pools

• Experience in recruitment, delivery, resourcing, or candidate management
• OR a strong graduate / sales / sourcing background with the right attitude
• Strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and high standards
• Comfortable speaking to candidates and building relationships
• Organised, fast-paced, and commercially switched-on
