Talent Manager
A global investment advisory firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its growing EMEA population. This role will act as a strong number two to the HR Director, partnering closely with regional leaders to deliver and implement the people strategy amid continued growth and M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with EMEA leadership to drive and implement the people strategy
- Provide end-to-end HR business partnering across ER, compliance, and operational HR
- Support organisational change linked to M&A and regulatory developments
- Upskill managers on performance management, documentation, and compliance
- Act as a visible, hands-on HR presence across the business
- Mentor and develop the HR Co-ordinator, delegating transactional and basic ER activity
- Proven HRBP experience within financial services
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices and regulations
- Commercial, collaborative, and low-ego approach
