Senior Human Resources Business Partner

A global investment advisory firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its growing EMEA population. This role will act as a strong number two to the HR Director, partnering closely with regional leaders to deliver and implement the people strategy amid continued growth and M&A activity.

• Partner with EMEA leadership to drive and implement the people strategy
• Provide end-to-end HR business partnering across ER, compliance, and operational HR
• Support organisational change linked to M&A and regulatory developments
• Upskill managers on performance management, documentation, and compliance
• Act as a visible, hands-on HR presence across the business
• Mentor and develop the HR Co-ordinator, delegating transactional and basic ER activity

• Proven HRBP experience within financial services
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment practices and regulations
• Commercial, collaborative, and low-ego approach
