We’re looking for an experienced
** Talent & Recruitment Manager
** to lead and shape recruitment across the
** Bleep 360 Group**. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine
** hands-on recruitment delivery
** with
** strategic leadership**, managing a small team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our growth by building strong talent pipelines, delivering compliant and high-quality recruitment, and enhancing our employer brand—while ensuring we meet all safer recruitment, CQC, and Ofsted requirements.

What you’ll be doing
** Recruitment strategy & delivery
*** Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the group, ensuring speed, quality, and full compliance with safer recruitment standards.
* Personally manage sensitive and senior-level hires.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet both current and future workforce needs.
* Partner with hiring managers to provide expert advice, market insights, and best-practice recruitment guidance.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating terms and ensuring value for money.
** Employer branding & attraction
*** Develop and deliver innovative recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
* Lead employer branding initiatives to position Bleep 360 Group as an employer of choice.
* Build strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and external organisations.
* Lead and attend national recruitment events and recruitment days.
* Manage recruitment advertising spend across job boards, Linked In, and other platforms to maximise ROI.
** Leadership & people development
*** Lead, coach, and develop the Talent team, creating a high-performing and engaged culture.
* Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and recruitment demand.
* Use onboarding, probation, and exit feedback to influence retention and employee engagement initiatives.
* Contribute to wider people and talent strategies, including succession planning and internal mobility.
** Data, insight & DEI
*** Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into all recruitment practices.
* Analyse recruitment data and KPIs to provide clear insights to senior leaders.
* Monitor budgets and produce regular reports on recruitment performance, costs, and market trends.

* Proven experience in
** end-to-end recruitment**, ideally within regulated environments (CQC / Ofsted).
* Strong knowledge of
** safer recruitment, safeguarding, and compliance**.
* Experience leading and developing a recruitment or talent team.
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels.
* Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
* Data-driven, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
* Passionate about

** and inclusive recruitment practices.
