HR Specialist:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a comprehensive HR service across European offices, supporting both legal talent and professional staff.
- Act as a change agent, partnering with managers and partners to provide strategic HR advice and solutions.
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and policy interpretation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead on immigration matters, secondments, and operational HR processes including payroll and HRIS coordination.
- Promote health and wellbeing initiatives and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law; familiarity with European jurisdictions advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
