Payroll Implementation Specialist – Staffology
Contract (Inside IR35) | Hybrid – London | Immediate Start
We are currently supporting a large, well-established organisation undertaking the implementation of Staffology Payroll & HR, transitioning from IRIS Earnie. As part of this programme, they require an experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to join the project team and support delivery through to completion.
This is a time‑critical assignment
, and candidates must be available to start immediately and commit to the full implementation lifecycle (approximately 16 weeks
).
Reporting into the payroll and project leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the configuration, rollout, and adoption of Staffology Payroll & HR. The role requires both hands‑on system expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end‑to‑end implementation of Staffology Payroll & HR
- Assist with system configuration, testing, parallel runs, and go‑live activities
- Develop and document payroll policies, processes, and operating procedures
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to payroll and HR users
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for Staffology throughout the implementation
- Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with UK legislation during transition
- Contract position – Inside IR35 (daily rate)
- Hybrid working
: 3 days per week on‑site in London - Working hours
: 9:00am – 6:00pm - Immediate start required
- Commitment required for the full project duration
- Hands‑on experience with Staffology Payroll (essential)
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and best practice
- Experience producing detailed payroll documentation and SOPs
- Confident delivering system training to payroll and HR stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
