Salary: £45,000 – £48,000

We’re working with a well‑established organisation undergoing an exciting period of change, and they’re looking for a confident Senior HR Advisor to join their collaborative People team of 9.

Reporting directly to the People Director, you’ll provide hands‑on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations. This is a varied role where you’ll manage ER cases end‑to‑end, advise managers, and contribute to wider HR projects and process improvements.

We’re looking for:

• A strong generalist HR background.
• Solid ER experience and ability to handle cases independently.
• Experience with in a highly commercial sector
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
