About

The Role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking to recruit a dynamic Talent Advisor who is a specialist in sourcing top talent across all Head‑office functions, including Corporate, Marketing, Tech, Digital and more. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, your main responsibilities include sourcing, conducting interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, building comprehensive stakeholder relationships and attracting talented candidates via direct souring methods.

Responsibilities
  • Support Head‑office team to recruit exceptional talent across all Head‑office functions.
  • Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment and selection needs are met.
  • Utilise market knowledge to maximise internal candidate referrals, applicable social media platforms, online CV searches and headhunting.
  • Source candidates using both traditional and innovative approaches across the area, providing consult on candidate attraction strategy that will prove ROI.
  • Build effective pipelines for hard to recruit roles and build a pool of candidates to draw from for future needs.
  • Source and recruit Manager and below across Head‑office functions.
  • Foresee and flag any risks to recruitment timelines, recommending corrective action/options and partnering with stakeholders and the wider Talent Team.
  • Update reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment KPI's as defined.
Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process within your remit, and drive/support the Hiring Managers within your area to recruit effectively.
  • Keep track of daily/weekly recruitment stats & consistently meet the weekly reporting deadlines.
  • Support on weekly reporting requirements.
  • Work with the wider Recruitment team to deliver Education Workshops on recruitment and selection as a subject matter with new recruiting managers.
Functional Support
  • Offer administrative support to the Recruitment and People team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Partners to provide support when needed.
Stakeholder Relationships
  • Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure recruitment and selection needs are met.
About You
  • Must have relevant experience recruiting for Head‑office functions.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Logical and proactive in their approach to work.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in team environment and autonomous working.
  • Able to effectively influence, negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to communicate concisely and effectively.
  • Confident in presenting to large groups of people.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including excel is highly beneficial.
  • Be able to be in London MO 3x days per week.
