Job Description:

We are currently seeking a German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for both entry-level candidates looking to kick‑start their career in recruitment, as well as experienced consultants looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing to identify top talent
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience
  • Negotiating contracts and salaries on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market changes
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Team player with a positive and professional approach
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and databases is a plus
