• Hire A‑players: work with the co‑founders and executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent worldwide, and create hiring playbooks.
• Act like a founder, going beyond the scope of work and priorities; you love freedom, ownership, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Build recruitment KPIs, closely monitor data, and make informed decisions about hiring.
• Build the talent team: hire other recruiters to scale the team as the business grows.
• Scope, plan, and execute people and talent programs with the other Talent Lead to support future growth.

• Proven track record hiring for RnD in a hyper‑growth technology startup (+$1b valuation) across Europe and/or LATAM.
• Excellent sourcing toolkit; agency or sourcer background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; build lasting relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• High EQ, understand what drives candidates, assess cultural fit, sell Dolar App’s mission, and provide a world‑class experience.
• Excellent organization skills; manage the candidate funnel with maximal attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness; leverage Linked In and the current team’s network to source candidates.
• Team player, relentless drive, and proven ability to close candidates.
