Our client is a well established and growing dental clinic based in Chelsea, known for delivering high quality patient care and a professional, people focused culture. They are now looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.

This is a hands on, standalone HR role and would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clinical and non clinical teams in a fast paced healthcare environment. The role is office based and the client is keen to appoint someone who can start as soon as possible.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries across the clinic
• Lead on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
• Support recruitment across clinical and non clinical roles, including liaising with agencies
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment law and healthcare standards
• Advise managers on performance management, probation and capability matters
• Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration and HR records
• Support the leadership team with people initiatives, engagement and culture

• Proven experience in a HR Manager or senior HR generalist role
• Experience working within healthcare, dental, medical or similar clinical environments is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Confident handling employee relations matters independently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with clinical professionals
• A practical, approachable and solutions focused mindset
• Ability to work on site in Chelsea and start at short notice
