Executive Recruiter (12-Month Contract)
Location: London (FCS Office)
Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office)
Start Date: ASAP
Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for sourcing top‑tier talent? We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our team on a 12‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and has a proven track record in professional services recruitment.
What You’ll Do Sourcing & Recruiting- Map the market and identify top‑tier consulting alumni.
- Proactively source candidates through cold calling and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and documentation in Linked In.
- Screen candidates via CV review and interviews to assess quality and fit.
- Deliver exceptional candidate care with timely feedback and expectation management.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to engage and sell opportunities to candidates.
- Manage candidates through the entire selection and offer process, including negotiations and reference checks.
- Collaborate with headhunters and agencies as needed.
- Support global recruitment efforts during peak periods.
- Keep candidate projects updated in Linked In for the UKIA region.
- Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and continuously seek efficiency gains.
- Assist other recruiters and regions when required.
- Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Maintain persistence and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
- Experience:
5–10 years of hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruiting experience in professional services. - Skills:
Strong headhunting capability, deep credibility, and ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders. - Attributes:
Tenacity, attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
