HRIS Operations & Project Specialist – EUROPE

, a leading brand of the Fast Retailing Group, as an HRIS Operations & Project Specialist – Europe based in our London office
. You will report to the HRIS Manager and work closely with local HR teams, global HRIS, and IT stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and enhance operational excellence across the European region. This role offers a path to future growth as an EU HRIS Manager or a member of the Global HRIS team.

What you will be responsible for
  • Lead and support HR systems projects aligned with EU and global strategies.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to understand operational needs and translate them into system improvements, ensuring project steps are completed from end to end.
  • Act as a bridge between EU stakeholders and global HRIS, IT, and AMS teams.
  • Manage projects of system implementation, improvements, maintenance, and training for Workday and the company’s other HR systems.
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and support HR analytics to identify key initiatives needed to improve the HR operation in the Europe Region.
  • Identify HRIS project management operational gaps and proactively drive standardisation and process improvement.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
  • Proven experience in Workday HCM administration and integration in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Detail‑oriented with experience in mistake‑proofing processes (Poka Yoke).
  • Experience with Workday Docs, Workday Studio, or BIRT reports.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or PMP.
  • Able to work with agile methodology and tools like Microsoft Planner or Loop.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication skills across cultures and organisational levels.
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently in ambiguous environments; sees challenges as opportunities.
  • Experience and/or interest in enterprise use of LLMs and ability to develop agentic processes (Copilot Studio) to support HR automation incentives.
