The ideal profile has a proven background filling roles across all levels in the construction sector, focused on resourcing, process management, and delivery. Myn provides recruiters with AI sourcing tools, back‑office support, active talent pools, CRM and ATS access, and advertising on relevant job boards.

• Keep approximately 35% of the revenue you generate.

• 2+ years as an agency recruiter within the Healthcare sector, filling roles at all levels.
• Proven ability to fill requirements in agreed time frames (20‑hour commitment).
• Comfortable using a range of tools to source passive and active candidates.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from role qualification to offer acceptance.
