They are not a numbers-driven “bums on seats” agency; they hire only for ambition, sales ability, and real potential.

The Role:

We’re hiring three energetic, driven contract recruitment consultants or hungry SDRs keen to break into recruitment, focusing on contract staffing for clients adopting large-scale AI initiatives (US & EU).

What you’ll be doing :
  • Full 360 recruitment (after comprehensive 12-week onboarding/training), focusing first on candidate engagement, progressing to business development
  • Leveraging proprietary AI tools and agent technology to maximize your success
  • Building niche contractor candidate pools and relationships in AI, Cloud and Software Engineering verticals
  • Winning new contract business with Europe/US startups and large-scale enterprise clients
  • Working towards placements benefit ting from market-leading commission and bonus structure
What we’re looking for:
  • 1‑4 years’ high-performing sales track record (SDR, telesales, subscriptions, SaaS, etc.) OR recruitment experience
  • Relentless, coachable, and emotionally intelligent; drive to be a top biller (top contract consultant has done 50 deals in 5 months!)
  • Strong questioning, storytelling, and relationship-building ability
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable with WFH and in office (Tues & Thurs minimum), happy to join a team environment, hybrid for new joiners
  • Not afraid of outbound/new business or being high‑activity—previous SDRs have thrived here
  • Genuine passion for technology and progressive ways of working
