We’re looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our strategic hiring approach and help us build a diverse, high-performing workforce.

• Lead and shape the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition across QAHE.
• Develop and implement innovative TA strategies aligned with our organisational goals and diversity commitments.
• Manage senior hires end-to-end, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with People Leadership to embed best-in-class recruitment practices.
• Champion employer branding
  , creating engaging content to attract top talent.
• Drive continuous improvement through technology, compliance, and process innovation.

• Proven experience leading a Talent Acquisition function, ideally within Higher Education.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, legislation, and HRIS development.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) and educated to degree level.
