HR Generalist

This role is ideal for an HR professional who wants to deepen their expertise and take full ownership of their work in an ambitious yet informal environment. • Oversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post‑recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork
• Coordinate logistics around expat hires
• Manage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records
• HR data management (data entry in Workday)
• Assist in Benefits administration
• Organize HR events
• Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues
• Coordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression
• Ad‑hoc (local and global) projects as assigned.

• Bachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech‑driven, preferably in a scale‑up environment
• Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization
• Hands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively
• Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic
• Great stakeholder management skills and team player
• Autonomous with a driven, tenacious and outcome focused mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Adaptability in adjusting to rapidly changing environment and course of action.
