Recruitment Consultant

To £30k base + excellent commission + tailored training– Realistic OTE £65k in year one

• Are you a recruitment consultant, probably with around one year’s experience, looking for a new recruitment consultant role working with a live international client base?
• This company can give you live clients and requirements to work on immediately and has high average fees, meaning you earn more commission!
• It is a leader in a niche market, placing highly skilled personnel in a global industry and has very few serious competitors. You will benefit from its strong brand, excellent one to one training from the MD and vast candidate database and long established client base.
• You will be an ambitious and motivated recruitment consultant looking for a role which will allow you to work with existing clients whilst developing new relationships using the company’s undoubtably strong reputation as leverage. Fluency in French will be a distinct advantage.
• The salary is negotiable but will be in the region of £30k with a genuine first year OTE around £65k with significantly more likely in year two.
