Senior Recruitment Consultant

Mason Blake is a boutique recruitment agency established for over 20 years in consulting clients and candidates in the investment management industry.

We are now looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis. This is a predominantly office-based role, based in our premises in the heart of trendy Shoreditch. The role is available with an immediate start.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will work roles within our Distribution recruitment offering (Sales & Marketing). The duties will involve:

• Working on specific client requirements for senior level roles with a focus on Sales and Marketing within the investment management sector.
• Sourcing candidates for live roles within Sales and Marketing, both in the UK and in key European financial hubs such as Frankfurt, Paris & Milan.
• Identify and approach suitable individuals for live Sales & Marketing roles, as well as research the recruitment landscape in the investment management industry.
• Speaking with, and attending meetings both in person and virtually, with clients and candidates, while ensuring the client/candidate database is kept up to date and accurate.
• Being an advocate, both internally and externally, for Diversity & Inclusion.
• Consistent training and development.
• Write attractive advertisements for roles being recruited for by Mason Blake.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant role calls for candidates to have the following credentials:

• 2-5 years’ recruitment experience with a degree from a reputable university.
• Proven experience meeting targets and/or deadlines.
• High levels of self-motivation.
• Prior sales or customer service experience.
• Personable with the ability to build strong relationships easily.
• Commercially minded.
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to organise, prioritise and balance workflow.
