** Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit an Overnight Kitchen Porter.

* The role:

** This role is an important part of our overnight kitchen team, where you will help create a caring and supportive environment behind the scenes. You will be someone our culinary colleagues can rely on, making sure the heart of house is clean, organised and ready for a new day. Your work will have a direct impact on the smooth running of the hotel, helping the team deliver the warm and thoughtful service that our guests return for time and again.

* What you will do:

*** Ensure each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware.
* Keep the kitchen and the “heart of the house” clean and safe.
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant.
* Maintain all restaurant and kitchen materials.
* Follow the hotel’s recycling policy.
* Ensure cleanliness in back-of-house areas.

* What you bring:

*** Experience in a similar role is an asset.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to carry heavy equipment is required
* The ability to speak English fluently is required.
* Ability to work overnight shifts.
* Must have work authorization for the UK.
** Visa sponsorship is not available for the role.
