As Lounge Manager, you will be the guardian of one of The Imperial's most premium guest spaces — a calm, elevated sanctuary designed for comfort, privacy and beautifully executed service throughout the day. Your role is to shape an experience that moves from morning breakfast and all-day refreshments to evening drinks and canapés, maintaining a refined, relaxed and quietly assured atmosphere.

- Deliver discreet, warm and modern service
- Lead daily operations, presentation and mise-en-place
- Manage capacity, reservations and access control
- Partner with kitchen & bar on a balanced seasonal offer
- Coach and develop a confident, guest-focused team with a strong sense of service identity
- Drive GP%, spend per guest and stock integrity
- Uphold food safety, allergen controls and compliance
- Collaborate with Guest Experience and F&B teams
- Monitor guest feedback across online platforms and react with timely, thoughtful solutions that reinforce our service standards
- Experienced in premium lounge/concierge/FOH settings
- Skilled in anticipatory, discreet hospitality
- Strong F&B knowledge and communication skills
- Organised, calm under pressure and commercially aware, positive in outlook and energy
- Driven to care deeply about guests and colleagues
