Overview
Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK are looking for a Regional Food & Beverage Manager/Director UK to lead and drive our food and beverage strategy across multiple hotel portfolios. In this role, you will direct a cross-functional team to develop and deliver innovative F&B concepts and solutions, ensuring our offerings enhance commercial performance, strengthen brand recognition and create outstanding value and experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities- Lead with confidence, combining strong presentation skills with exceptional project management and organisational expertise, alongside effective influencing and negotiation abilities
- Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary
- Lead, coach and motivate Managers to drive operational excellence and deliver strong results
- Conduct regular market research to assess regional suitability, competitive landscapes, and target audiences, ensuring concepts remain commercially compelling
- Provide hands-on concept development support to existing hotels, helping evolve and elevate their F&B offerings
- Multi-department budgeting and forecasting experience; a clear understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and bar business
- Develop and implement compelling activations and events that increase guest engagement and contribute to revenue growth
- Build and manage strong partnerships with third-party suppliers, designers, consultants and concept partners where required
- Generate innovative practical solutions to overcome function-specific challenges and drive continuous improvement
- Be flexible and mobile with the ability to travel up to 20% of your working time
- Solid industry experience in F&B concept development
- Good and deep understanding of commercial F&B environment within a group
- Experience of creating and developing F&B concepts and programmes
- Solid leadership and management experience
- A strategic thinker with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team
