Responsibilities
  • Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
  • Focus on checking public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Supervise, mentor and develop the team members assigned to your section.
  • Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
  • Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
  • Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
