Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team on a part‑time basis. The Spa Receptionist warmly welcomes guests on arrival and offers attentive support throughout their visit. The role requires a confident understanding of our treatments, products, services and pricing, along with the ability to schedule appointments with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities also include handling payments, preparing daily reports and working closely with therapists and Spa leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a calm yet energising environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests.

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role, either in a spa or hotel operation
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills, solid computer skills and a hospitality spirit
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous experience with Opera or other hotel operating systems is beneficial
• The Right to Work in the UK

This is a part‑time position based on two 8‑hour shifts per week. Shift days and times may vary.
