A brand-new luxury lifestyle hotel is set to open in London and is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the property from launch and establish it as a landmark destination. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary hospitality leader to shape every aspect of the hotel’s operations, culture, and guest experience.

The General Manager will be responsible for all operational, financial, and commercial performance of the hotel. They will drive a culture of excellence, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure the hotel delivers unforgettable, design‑led, guest experiences.

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, and guest services.
• Drive financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost management.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop department heads and wider teams.
• Establish and uphold brand standards while fostering innovation.
• Oversee pre-opening activities and lead the launch of the hotel.
• Build strong relationships within the local community and wider industry networks.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety requirements.

• Proven experience as a General Manager in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
• Strong track record in pre‑opening and launch management is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Commercially savvy with strong operational acumen.
