We are currently recruiting a Reception & Facilities Support Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious clients based in the Surbiton/Tolworth area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable, meaningful experiences. We are seeking someone who thrives in a versatile, fast‑paced environment. This role is highly varied, combining reception excellence with wider facilities support including post room duties, so we are looking for an individual who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable switching between different responsibilities throughout the day.

Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond are essential to delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.

Location Surbiton KT5, London
• Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Rotating Shift

07:00AM – 16:00PM

08:00AM – 17:00PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner.
  • Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls for the client’s business.
  • Respond to queries while strictly adhering to security protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage Post Room including receiving goods.
  • Internal and external post collection and distribution.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high-end clientele.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both fast-paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards while managing multiple tasks.
