Senior Sous Chef - 4★ Iconic London Hotel
Salary: £40,000 + Tronc
Hours:
45 hours per week
Join one of London's most recognised 4★ hotels and take the next step in your culinary career. We are looking for a strong Senior Sous Chef with a solid hotel background and proven experience in high-volume kitchens.
What we need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef
- Stable career history within reputable hotels
- Confidence running busy services and leading a brigade
- Strong organisational and kitchen management skills
- Passion for quality food and high standards
