Reservations Manager

The Old Queens Head is where The Columbo Group started. A proper pub at heart, with a busy club room, karaoke room, private hire space and a constant mix of parties and events. We’ve also recently launched Hot Saint, our in-house NYC-style pizza concept, serving slices during the week and roasts at the weekend.

We’re looking for a Reservations Manager who gets that the guest journey doesn’t start at the door. It starts with you. Someone who knows the London pub and dining scene inside out and can shape experiences that feel personal, not packaged. You’ll be based in our Camden office above The Blues Kitchen, working with a creative, fast-paced team, while staying closely connected to the venue.

• Managing bookings and enquiries for The Old Queens Head, from small tables to private parties
• Using systems such as Open Table and Collins to organise and track reservations
• Handling guest enquiries by email and phone in a clear, friendly and professional way
• Working closely with venue managers and floor teams to ensure bookings are delivered smoothly
• Helping shape guest experiences by understanding the occasion behind each booking
• Building good relationships with repeat guests and local contacts

• Around 1 year’s experience in reservations, hosting, events or guest-facing roles
• Strong communication skills and confident dealing with guests
• Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
• A passion for London’s food, drink and nightlife scene
• Keen to learn and develop within a vibrant hospitality group

• Up to £40,000 salary + performance bonus
