Front of House Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London, EC2N 4BQ
.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. There is also the opportunity for overtime with evening events.

The role involves delivering high-quality service across fine dining, buffet lunches, and café food service, as well as supporting client and evening functions when required. Key responsibilities include the daily cleaning and maintenance of five coffee machines, replenishing free‑issue biscuits and fruit, servicing client meeting rooms, and assisting with working lunches and both formal and informal buffets. The role also supports breakfast and lunch café service, serving customers and assisting the café team on an ad hoc basis, while consistently maintaining excellent standards of presentation, service, and customer care across all food and beverage offerings.

• Have flexibility to work both front and back of house
• Ideally have experience working in a similar environment
• Have experience in a customer focused role
