A Day in the Life of a Leisure Club Supervisor at Our HotelWhat you'll be doing...
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club and spa, ensuring smooth delivery of all services and facilities.
- Lead by example in upholding exceptional cleanliness, health & safety, and customer service standards.
- Supervise and support staff across reception, pool, and gym areas — ensuring all team members are performing to expectations.
- Conduct regular safety and compliance checks, including pool plant operations, water testing, and equipment maintenance.
- Contribute to the recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of leisure staff.
- Monitor member engagement and support strategies to retain members and improve the overall member experience.
- Act as a key point of contact for hotel guests using the leisure facilities, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- You must be self-motivated and be an inspirational leader, who believes in delivering the best possible standards in guest service, continually leading your team by example.
- A welcoming personality who loves connecting with people and making their day brighter.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable chatting with guests and coordinating with team members.
- Sharp attention to detail, especially when it comes to handling guest needs and reservations.
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet, handling any situation with a positive attitude.
