We are currently seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary brigade at our esteemed Charlotte Street Hotel. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our kitchen operations, contributing to the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our culinary team in executing breakfast, lunch, and dinner services with precision and flair.
  • Uphold our standards of excellence by demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in every culinary creation.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment, ensuring smooth operations during peak service times.
  • Take charge of supervising a small team, inspiring them to excel and maintain our exacting standards.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels within your section, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely ordering.
  • Showcase exceptional organisational and communication skills, fostering seamless coordination within the kitchen team.
  • Embrace a collaborative mind‑set, working closely with fellow team members to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
What you Need
  • Previous experience in a similar culinary role, demonstrating proficiency in kitchen operations.
  • A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering culinary excellence with every dish.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, enabling you to effectively supervise and motivate a small team.
  • Excellent organisational skills, allowing you to manage stock levels and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
