Conference & Hospitality Assistant – Part Time About The Role
We are recruiting fixed-term Conference & Hospitality Assistants, to be part of our established team to work in the evenings and some weekends. Full training given.
Salary: £16.70 per hour
Contract: Part time, fixed-term
Hours: 8 hours per week

What You’ll Do- Setting up and organising event rooms & AV equipment
- Preparing, serving, and clearing refreshments
- Welcoming and supporting guests
- Keeping rooms spotless and guest‑ready
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile
Enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn — hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Good communication skills, ability to carry out light lifting and carrying duties, must be reliable and punctual. You’ll need to be flexible to work in the evenings, and some weekend shifts (rotas provided in advance).

Guaranteed 8 hours per week minimum, worked during evenings and weekends. Lots of additional hours available. Fixed term contracts starting on 2 March, ending on 28 June. Longer fixed term contracts also available.
