Cheval Gloucester Park are currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join the Front Office team of our luxury serviced apartments.

As our Night Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, secure, and enjoyable stay from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins and check-outs, allocating apartments, supporting guest account management, and providing tailored information, recommendations, and assistance throughout their stay.
Responsibilities- Be the go-to overnight support—responding to queries, resolving concerns with professionalism, and ensuring the building remains safe, calm, and secure for all guests.
- Complete night audit reporting, ensuring the accuracy of daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing handover reports for a smooth transition into the next operational day.
- Handle enquiries, process payments, generate bills, and maintain a reassuring presence during quiet hours.
- Friendly, professional, and warm manner with the ability to build excellent relationships with guests.
- Good knowledge of London.
- Previous experience in a luxury service environment.
- Proficiency in IT skills (Word, Outlook, Internet) and knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS).
- Good written and spoken English; excellent communication skills.
- Flexible attitude; ability to work independently or within a small team.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
