About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest service at all times. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the bar, maintain high standards, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily bar operations and service
- Supervise, train and motivate bar staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage stock levels and support stock control
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene & licensing laws
- Handle cash and till procedures
- Support the management team as required
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality supervisor role
- Confident, friendly and customer-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Salary
: £42,000 per year
