The product is purposefully simple yet refined and will be delivered entirely by our talented team from behind the bar. We also host a series Bar Daskal Maestros: bringing guests practical, edible, and drinkable masterclasses from their maestro friends in the industry.

The Bar Manager Role

• 2 years experience as Bar Manager role in a busy Bar or Restaurant
• Passionate about exceptional ingredients training and developing new team members
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
• Be the face of the brand known for its’ warm welcome and guest care
• Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong command of English language
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
