Multi-site | Field based | Reporting to Head of Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for high-quality, food-led hospitality to lead a portfolio of premium retail food locations.

This is a hands-on role for a visible leader who excels exceptional service, beautifully presented food and teams who genuinely care about their guests and their craft.

The Role

* Lead, coach and inspire General Managers across a multi-site locations

* Drive sales, profitability and cost control while protecting quality and brand standards

* Champion outstanding guest experience across food quality, service and presentation

* Embed consistent operating standards through regular planned and unplanned site visits

* Use performance data, audits and feedback to continuously raise standards

* Support new site openings and ensure successful launches

* Own escalated guest complaints, ensuring learning is shared and standards strengthened

* Ensure compliance across food safety, hygiene, health & safety and property standards

About You

* Proven experience in multi-site, food-led hospitality

* Strong understanding of high-volume service environments where quality matters

* An inspiring, hands-on leader who leads from the front

* Commercially astute with strong attention to detail

* Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams

* Flexible, resilient and comfortable working at pace
